SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on volumen, type of product, weight or shipping area.

RETURNS

The Client will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days after the reception of the product to desist, totally or partially, for the purchase.

Once finished the period of fourteen (14) calendar days, DON QUIRO will not accept any return for desisting of purchases of Products.

A product can be returned as long as it fulfils the following requirements:

• When the purchase receipt and the reason for the return is attached.

• It has not been used.

• The product must be packed in its original packing, in perfect conditions and protected to avoid damages caused by the transport.

Returns of special orders made exclusively for the client will not be accepted.

Once the order is received and we check that it is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the correspondingrefund, discounting the costs of the initial shipping, costs of handling and costs derived from the methods of payment.

SHIPPING

The goods will be shipped from ‘door to door’. Move the shipping to any other area is the total responsibility of the client
